Please could someone post some advice.
I've had Acne problems for a long time and am about to start a cleanse.
I need a break form the stresses of life and am trying to find a holiday location where I can perhaps get some treatment for my skin / a dextox / acupuncture etc. combined with some well needed relaxation.
Does anyone know of any destinations / resorts / clinics anywhere in the world which provide a 'skin' holiday or something of that nature?
An advice, much appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 674,064There is a great place in desert hot springs california called we care spa, it is a place where stars go and isn't cheap. You go there and drink vegetable juice and get colonics and massages, depending on what package you get. There are other things you could do like going to calistoga for a mud bath. These are just ideas of places, maybe you have something similar closer to you. Hope that helps

This is a reply to # 674,064As Philly girl states, it depends on where you are. However, I have looked into spas that specialise in fasting and cleansing, which is the best way to start clearing your skin. If you are looking to travel to the states, I know of a few places, but if you're going to be over seas, then do a search for detox spas or fasting spas and you will come up with something.
