Hi,
I have heard that switching to green tea for coffee has many benefits to losing weight. I have been drinking teas and water for almost a week now.
I have only had one beverage containing coffee (a NF mocha) in the last week.
I know that green tea has caffeine in it but is it the removal of caffeine that has to do with weight loss?
Or would you say it is the switching to the green herbs that help flush out the toxins in the body?
