Sorry, I neglected the, "how do I consume it", question.
I take a couple of tablespoons a day, about 30 mins before my meals. Taking VCO before my meals helps satisfying my hunger easier, and would certainly help me lose weight......if I didn't drink so much beer. I don't take it late, because the energy boost then keeps me awake.
My wife also uses it for all our cooking.
There are people who don't like the taste of a particular VCO, or any VCO for that matter. They find numerous other ways to take the oil, in smoothies, pouring it on their breakfast cereals, or using it to replace butter or margarine. In fact, if you go through the pages of this site, there are some really great ideas on how to take your daily VCO.
