I just got my copy of "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon. It is suberb - 10/10 - the best cookbook/nutrition book ever.
Doubtless to say that I will be experimenting with many of the recipes over the next few weeks. I'm especially interested in the fermentation stuff.
Anyone else care to join in?
This forum has been a bit slow recently - with a bit of input I believe it could be one of the best forums on curezone. After all - we all gotta eat, and especially if we are ill, eat well.
