but also you need to make sure you are paying attention to the foods etc you intake

i still get a yellow/green mossy kinda draw and almost always bare spots here and there,
tho they are rock hard/ from absorbing stuff..
i have on occasion walked around a bit with them ,
but since that is in the am after having slept with them on.
. i tend to feel gunky on my feet and want to get them off and feet clean 8)
i think it is best to do them while asleep/ cause that is when your system works best detoxing anyhow...
