Hi: Grog
Lets see if we can shed some light on this subject for you.
There is no chart available as each of us are biochemically unique and the rate of detoxification is increased or decreased based on these factors.
The table of elements shows you the atomic weight of each pure element. You have to think of that number in relation to protons and electrons or anions-cations. You also have to think of electrical flow and magnetism as it relates to each element.
To put it simply the higher the atomic weight the more energy on the least line of resistance is what is required to move that element. When compounds are made the energy and matrix are combined creating new electro magnetic frequencies or their own atomic weights or ratio of anions to cations.
So detoxing higher frequency compounds by hepatic function requires more time and energy. This is why high energy foods are used and it takes time.
The inverse is also proportional in that it requires stronger digestion to remove the higher atomic weight elements and put them in usable form for function.
This is a basic explanation of a complex subject that takes a few years of studying.
But think of it this way
Iodine has an atomic weight of 126.9 it takes strong digestion to break down its compound and put I on frequency for assilation. So now you can see that digestion is the key to regain health. When detoxing heavy metals Cd would take much longer than Ni based on the atomic weights (frequencies).
