I think it is combination of the flush (liver functioning better) and major dietary changes. To this point I am not exercising unless you count a couple or three times a week jumping on a trampoline for five minutes.

I started my flushes in January, 6 flushes done so far, and have lost about 25 pounds since then ... most of it in the last two months with the last 3 flushes.
I lost my sumo gut and have been pretty successful in keeping it off for the last three years because of my diet changes. Also by using the flushing to help in keeping my liver and gallbladder working better it has help in my keeping it off.
