I just have to share with some one!!
i amnot 3 lbs less than my beginning december goal target was !! yeah
my hair is growing in relaly nice again.. and i will post later on things i have been doing that might be influing that.
i have added a few things to my shamppo and conditioner and it is gettign back a super silky body with curls again in it instead of dead dull stright and life less
my skin texture an colos all around is pinking up and looks healthier more youthful.
the dry skin build up on my feet is not 95 % gone bottoms of my soles are nice pink color no crakced heels etc *)
when i take a shower (and i use no underarm stuff btw)
i get skin cells slugh off under there which shows me my body is eleimanting well under there and no body ordor under there so i am getting clean sweat..
I am jstu so very happy with all these great turn arounds
i plan to lose 7 lbs per month to february and then i will be at my target goal, and i know that is a managealbe loss goal which i can accomplish simply by increasing exercise 8)
it really is a happy holiday fo rme....
(btw i only step on scale once a month.. so i don't get lb obseesive.)
i just had to share/ with soemone who knows a bi tabout wha ti have been dealing with.
btw also i had saoked my feet and scrubbed them goo in shower laaast night and was waitign fo rhtem to dry well to put my pads on but fell asleep !! i was so relaxed..
but that is ok normally i am doign them now once a week as maintenance on mondays or sundays. and i always notice and increase in energy and well being overall feeling the folowing day . so oh golly , this week i guess i willb e blasting thru the roof !! *smile*
