Hello Doc,
I was wondering if you have ever heard of the Light beam Generator for your lymph system?

If so I am going to Reno, Nev next weekend to have this done on Friday & Saturday then I was planning on both days to go into a farinfred sauna after each treatment if all goes will it is at another office.

Now my question for you. First so you know I have not been in one of these saunas ever. I wanted to know should I wear the pads while getting my treatment if possible I am not sure because the lady does reflexology on you too and might not want them in the way but if that is the case should I put them on afterwards and should I wear them in the sauna?
