Hello All,
First of all thanks to all for sharing your experiences, I have
been reading with interest for the last month or so and it has been
very helpful.
My partner Fiona and I did our first
Liver Flush on Friday night
(Hulda method).
Epsom Salts , hmmm not the tastiest of beverages, They went straight threw me in minutes whereas Fiona had no movements.
We were dreading the
Olive-Oil / Grapefruit mix but we actually
found it quite ok and joked about serving it at a dinner party.
Ok perhaps not :o)
The next morning we realised the joy of having one toilet for two
flushers. The bath was looking good at one stage as was the kitchen
sink but we survived!
The results were good, I got about 150 Stones (Pea sized green, waxy) Fiona got about 300 and they were bigger than mine. So she
won the stone size competition and we made a little trophy
out of a toothpick and the largest stone to be awarded at the next
flush-off.
All in all, I feel fantastic after doing it, I have had dull pains
in my duodenal / liver region on and off for years and I feel like this has really helped (No pain since the flush) + my digestion has
been the best in years.
Fiona has had some skin problems over the last two years so it will
be interesting to see what happens there. We are going to flush
again in two weeks using Hulda's method again.
My question for the skeptics is if the stones are created during the flush why would my partner get twice the stones I got out and larger ones at that when we took the same amount of everything and I am 20kg larger than her? And why would the mix mysteriously form into
stones of different size and tan chaffe? All I know is that I feel great and feel a sense of being cleaned out. Fi feels the same and
we can't wait to do it again.
Till flush #2,
Cheers,
Dan and Fiona, London UK.
P.S. We didn't really make a trophy but you can't let the truth get in the way of a good story now can you?
