"Do you know what is causing this?"
Well, given that that would be medical advice, I don't think you'll get anyone jumping up and down to offer an opinion. The AMA frowns on that kinda stuff, and it has well-paid lawyers.
Perhaps another flush is in order.
Perhaps some
Epsom Salt might loosen things up enough for whatever's going on down there to relax.
Perhaps you have a pinched nerve...
Perhaps...
See? Diagnosing something over the Internet is pretty difficult. Even were I am medical professional, I doubt I would be able to say with certainty what a "pain" is.
"Doctor, my stomach hurts."
Would you believe him if he said, "Oh, you have an ulcer." without even doing some tests?
Part of this process is taking responsibility for your health. What do YOU think it is? What makes sense to YOU to try? You're the closest one to your own problem. Does it hurt enough for you to want to go visit someone for a professional opinion?
You might want to try visiting an alternative healer -- one who won't want to rip you open right away, such as a naturopath, or a chiropractor, or... take your pick --- to see what their diagnosis is. But, again, if his opinion doesn't make sense to you, then do what feels right!
If nothing feels right, my advice (as one human to another) is to then do nothing for awhile (since "nothing feels right"), until something does feel right. It usually works for me. (Note: this doesn't mean that what feels right to do doesn't result in some sort of pain or anguish later on. Pain has been, unfortunately, a great self-motivational tool... *grin*)
