Hello John:
I didn't find any significant weight loss with flush #16. Have no idea what
I got rid of in #15 in the form of waxy material, but there was lots of it,
and that is the only flush that I am aware of that has had weight loss.
The Cure Zone site:
//www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/Are_You_Stoned.asp
gives the Lewis method of a flush. Lewis' method does not use an intestinal
clean out, but I'm not into putting a net on the commode and stirring the
output with a paint stirrer. So, I used the Clark method with
Epsom Salts ,
until the time of ingesting the olive oil/citrus juice. At that point I
followed Lewis's ¼ cup of oil followed by 1 or 2 tablespoons of freshly
squeezed lemon juice - did that every 15 minutes until I had consumed 2 cups
of olive oil. On #15 I started the oil/lemon juice at 10:00 PM, but that
meant that I ended at midnight, so on #16 I quit eating at noon, did the
Epsom Salts at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and began the oil etc. at 8:00. That got
me to bed by 10:00. With #16 I totally forgot the Ornithine, though wish I
had included it. I also did the
Epsom Salts the following morning at 6:00
both times and feel that's very important for getting the stones and other
material out of your body. Through all of my earlier flushes I wasn't
convinced that it was really getting rid of poisons, but after my fever
experience I'm now a believer. With that in mind, I believe you should get
rid of everything the flush produces as quickly as possible, and Epsom salts
in the morning is good for that.
Another flush using 1 pint of olive oil with lemon juice is also at the Cure
Zone at:
//www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/1_pint_Olive_Oil.asp
I think that the pint of oil instead of just a ½ cup is more effective. Yet,
because of the long-term success that I originally had with the Clark method
and because I got used to that routine, I like the Clark preparation and
morning-after clean up, the best.
Let us know how it works out John.
Jay
