I think tools for healing is a pretty good place and it is easy for emails to go to the junk folder without anybody ever getting them. Have you checked your own junk folder for their response? It might well be there! I don't think they would be stiffing you or anybody else... if their return email isn't in your junk folder, try calling again, that might be the only way to get through... hope this helps.
