I have stored mine in the fridge before. The only problem with that is it's not making more:) I love kombucha and use it up long before the two weeks it takes to make annother batch so I simply keep as many batches as I can making. This will probably become a problem after a few years and a hundred bazillion mushrooms have overrun my kitchen. But as it is I have found that it is not the least bit diffacult to drink it all up and when I finally get enough cultures I think it will be pretty easy to give them away as people really enjoy the refreshing beverage I give them when they come for a visit. Hope you enjoy your kombucha as much as I have.
