Either bare the cats coat and place them on the patches or touch them to the cats PAW PADS. Its such a pain to zap cats more so than dogs. I suggest a Magnetic Pulser! You have to make sure they are on the device the same length of time as humans 7,20,7,20,7 otherwise they can be quite sick and alot of cats dont drink enough there bodies dont recognise thirst till its very late like most humans, again dogs excel in this area too.
