Same here, starting Day 5 this morning and doing okay. I am more hungry now then I have been throughout the whole process but I am trying to hang in there... I find myself being very tempted by food, but trying to focus on why I am doing this to keep me in it. My main goal was to lose weight and I have lost 8
pounds so far. I have read from some people that their weight loss stabilizes after a few days but I am hoping that is not the case. I have the fat to lose so I am hoping that it drains off my body like the book states.. I won't be able to post until after the weekend, so here is to hoping I post Day 8 and still rolling on Monday!
