Rapid weight loss from any method of reduction will result in loose skin. There is a more abundant supply of collagen in young skin making it more elastic, so there is a greater chance that it will firm up in time than with someone older. I am unaware of non-surgical ways to address this, but there may be some. Frankly, I'd get rid of the toxins, reduce the weight and worry about the loose skin later. It will certainly be healthier for you, and the skin issue may not even be a significant problem.
