HOW OFTEN?
Follow the diet for a minimum of 10 days or more—up to 40 days and beyond may be safely followed for extremely serious cases. The diet has all the nutrition needed during this time. Three to four times a year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy conditions. The diet may be undertaken more frequently for serious conditions.
HOW TO MAKE IT?
2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (approx. ½ lemon)
2 Tablespoons genuine maple syrup Grade B or C (Not maple flavored
Sugar syrup)
1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste
Water, medium hot
Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10
oz glass and fill with medium hot water. (Cold water may be used if preferred.)
Use fresh (organic) lemons or limes only, never canned lemon or lime juice nor frozen lemonade or frozen juice.
This is not all. You also need to do something for your bowel movements.
Fasting on liquids will, in most people, promote stagnation of feces in the large intestine. (you will loose the need to move bowel.)
One thing suggested is salt water flush.

It is traditinal Ayurveda intestinal and body cleanse.
Prior to Cleanse
If you have problems with constipation, please clean your bowls with a safe herbal laxative (i.e. senna or garcinia) or with enema/colonics, for one or two days before this cleanse.

Sea Salt (no additives)
Juice from a Lime/Lemon - if required to offset the taste

Salt from a natural source (like natural unrefined
Sea Salt ) is better for cleaning the body than refined and iodized salt. Natural unrefined
Sea Salt (without harmfull additives) is the best choice. Grounded Unrefined Rock Salt can also be used in absence of Unrefined Sea salt.
