i have 2 quick questions.... i started my p+b shakes yesterday. i used 1/2 tbsp of each powder. i added both to mason jar and shook vigorously.
is it really neccessary to rehydrate ben powder? i will buy the liquid in the future to make things easier.
Also, what is the appropriate ratio of psy to ben? i have read so many different recs. thanks! have a wonderful day.

1 Tablespoone Sonnes #7 (bentonite slurry) + 1 teaspoon powdered psyllium seed husk

MoreThis is a reply to # 626,085I would like to add that if you are using the whole husk psyllium, use 1 Tablespoon, not 1 teaspoon.
