I was disturbed to read the rumors flying about Zidiz going out of business. Since I have had nothing but a pleasant experience in purchasing the pads from them, I wrote them an email about the rumors on this forum. Here is what they wrote back:

We are VERY much in business. In fact, we will soon be adding new products to intensify the effectiveness of the pads. Rumors have been floating around from one particular competitor -anything from our packaging, our prices, where our pads come from, you name it! We now have in stock -while quanities last- white tourmaline pads. Should you order from us again, we'll send you the tourmaline for the same price as the regular.

We prefer not to acknowledge such rumors nor to brag about how good our company is, yada yada yada. :)
