I tried coral calcium because my headaches would not go away for 2 months. I tried everything and then I came across coral calcium. After 1 day with the coral calcium the headaches are gone and my TMJ is not hurting anymore.
My symptoms became more pronounced the very instant I took coral calcium for the first and only time. But I now feel that my symptoms (tightness on the side of my head)may not be TMJ related.
I have found that calcium aggrivates my TMJ pain if I am in an acute phase. If my TMJ is already bothering me, literally within minutes after drinking a glass of milk or eating a bowl of ice cream I can get severe spasms. I found out that it is because calcium is a muscle contractor and has to be balanced with Magnesium, which is a muscle relaxant. Chelated magnesium works best bc of absorption factors.
