Not quite clear on all that myself Valerie. But, a good thing to do is take a TBSPN of olive oil and a TBSPN of lemon juice in a glass of warm water either first thing in the morning or last thing at night - every day.
Also try 1 TBSPN ground up flax seeds soaked in water for five minutes every morning. These two things work well for hubby and I.
Good fats that I know of are Virgin Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil, and others won't agree with me but Saturated animal fats. Basically stay away from hydrogenated vegetable oils and all the processed vegie oils like Safflower, Canola, etc. (they go through a horrendous process of bleaching, heating, chemical treating, etc).
