"Can I take some
Epsom Salts now to help me poop?"
Yes, you can, and you should! You should flush everything out!
"From what I've read, it is a laxative and helps open up your bowels and everything is that correct?"
Correct.
"I have a feeling that there is a stone in my bowels blocking everything, is that silly?"
That is possible. Several stones may form one large one inside bowel, and as stones are very vaxy, it can be difficult to get it out. NEVER, NEVER again do flush without epsom salt, it is palain dangerous for some people, and you may be one of them.
"Should I do an enema?"
Why do you ask? You shouldn't even ask, you are wasting your time. I would have done enema already the first day, if nothing came out, but it is never too late. Do it! IT could be DANGEROUS to keep stones inside bowel for days ... stones could be toxic and may cause problems.
"Can someone give instruction?"
You need enema equipement (bag and tube), and all you need to do is to get as much as possible water into your rectum and sigmoid, the same way you would do if you wanted to get as much as possible water into your mouth to wash your mouth. Plain simple.
As soon as you can't hold water, you flush it out into the toilet, and repeat the same thing several times, until water is clean. When you are doing it the first time, it all may take 2 hours.
Enema bag usually comes with pictures and instructions.
Water should be chlorine free, best filtered or natural bottled.
