Hi I have had some on going health problems and resently had a server throat and ear infection. My glands are still swollon from it. Yesterday I bought a small trampoline cost me £18 and I have really enjoyed doing the jumping which I believed to be good for me. However I am a bit worried now because I have just come to this site and read some of the old posts here and some of them mention that you should not use a cheap trampoline because it will damage your back and joints. I am just wondering if any of you good people out there have found this to be the case? Or if there is anyone out there that as used a cheap one for some time and found it to be OK? I hope that it is OK as I have only just got it and I was enjoying useing it, also I could not afford a more expensive one at the moment.
