Thanks for your response. I haven't gotten sick for the last three flushes, almost did on the first. Oddly enough, what made me get sick was when I was having an attack and only drank a couple of ounces. The other thing is the Clark ES are a little strong for me so I mix 3 tbs instead of 4.

i used the Hulda Clark method, which seems to be the most popular one out there. i didnt really pass anything on my first liver flush...just a tiny bit of chaff and like 3 tiny tiny little green floaters. my second Liver Flush was a lot different...i passed a lot more and wasnt nausaus at all. i waited two weeks to do the second one, and i think im going to keep doing them until im stone free, or until my body feels right. hope this helped!
