Can anyone tell me what the stabilizer E339(ii) added to UHT goat milk is and if it has known adverse effects on human health?
Following the advice from dr Clark's books, I had adopted it as food for my old ailing mother until I noticed that the few brands around supermarkets in Italy and France all contain it.
Why is it necessary? Can't goat milk be free of stabilizers?
