It's tough to have a sucky day!!

But, after a liver flush, your body releases toxins and it sounds like this is what has happened to you.

Just roll with it and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I promise!

My husband did a flush around a month ago and suffered with chest congestion for almost three weeks. He used to use the puffer but was free of it for around four years. He did the flush and THE VERY NEXT DAY he started to wheeze and had to resort to the puffer for help. He did feel energized for a short while though.

He plans to do the flush again today. I hope he doesn't have a bad reaction again. I think he's very toxic.
