I used lemons too for a long time. The same way you do it. Then I decided to try the grapefruit, which I mix with the lemon. It does taste better and seems to have the same effects.
I'm sure it must be written somewhere but I've never seen it.
So why not oranges or tangerines? How about tangelos?
After all, aren't they a cross between grapefruit and oranges?
Or is more than just the need for citric acid ? Karen
