Thanks again, Tracey, for pointing me towards this
Liver Flush procedure. I would have been lost without it.
I had done enough
Liver Flushes (about 6 or 7, one every two weeks) that I didn't get any more stones, so I was planning to start 6 month intervals.
Meanwhile, I did some more fasting, including water fasting. It was so easy, and my urine stayed clear so easily, that it seemed like my system was clean, but it turns out that my liver was doing the filtering of toxins, not my kidneys. My indigestion and heartburn-type pain was returning, strong as ever, and I wasn't sleeping well anymore, but I didn't suspect my liver. I thought I was stone-free! I suspected the problem was I had damaged my stomach with stress and rough post-fast transitions, even though my transitions were gentle and careful.
Then, out of the blue, the other morning I decided suddenly to do one more
Liver Flush to make sure there were no stones before waiting 6 months for the next one. I decided to do it right then that day. I was expecting nothing, but it was my biggest flush ever. I got a huge, ridiculous number of big stones, probably 50 of them 5 mm long and bigger. And I feel SOOOOOO much better now, it's amazing. I have so much energy I don't know what to do with it all.
Where would I be without liver flushing? Sick is what I would be, and very very frustrated.
One more thing. It's weird, but I saw your thread about the full moon. This big flush was of mine happened to be on the full moon. And it was strange how the thought popped into my head that morning, with such force, that I had to do a
Liver Flush that day...
