well, i pretty much followed clarks Liver Flush to the dot, and i didnt really get rid of anything. i did mix the Epsom Salts in with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice...does that slow down the results? i thought ive read of other people doing that and still getting good results. well, either way, i am going to do another flush in a week or two. i did get rid of a little chaff and a few small green floaters, but other than that, i was pretty dissapointed. i even drank a ton of apple juice this week to prepare for it, etc. oh well :( hopefully next flush i will eliminate a truck load of stones!!!
p.s. how are you doing rainbow? did you eliminate anything? just curious.

Well this morning I went around 6:00 and there was a few little dark things I thought they were just fecal matter though. and than after my second Epsom Salt this morning I went again and I had more of those things. so I fished one out and here it was green and it smooshed like a pee. I had that all day. and what i think is sludge. I had one emerald stone about as big as a pee. that was it. Nothing to write home about..I didn't eat yet so maybe that will produce something . How are you feeling, I am feeling pretty good I've been up since 9:00 took my daughter for her horse riding lesson, I did not ride. I thought about it but than I thought it might not be to good.. I'm tired but that's all..

This is a reply to # 603,874hey rainbow. sounds like we had similar experiences. i too passed a lot of sludge, but nothing really special. im feeling really good. i made some fresh apple/pear juice this morning, ate some dates, and am snacking on some veggies right now. at least we know that flushing isnt that bad. its a piece of cake! - To rainbow and littlewings Rusfox

You have passed the stones (cholisterol ball whatever)! You feel great! Everything went perfect, no pain, no ER, nothing! And you seem like dissatisfied.
What did you expect then? Cobbles?
Yes, those floating balls were sitting in your liver causing all the digestion problems, don't underestimate them. Good, that they are out now.
Anyway it is great that you forgot all your pain and fears so soon.
Keep flushing! Good luck!
PS: Next time use collander to collect all your stones. It is much easier to judge the clense.
What if you have passed some big calcified stones, but they just sank you will never know about this fact...

This is a reply to # 603,879hi rusfox. thanks for the encouragement! i guess i should have used a collander, but i thought most of the stones usually float? i only passed maybe 5 or 6 tiny little green things, because i saw them floating on top. either way, you're right. no pain! no doctors! no drugs! good stuff. even though this flush was a little weak i am determined to get that gunk out of me! flushing here i come :)

This is a reply to # 603,867Good for you! You did it. Your flush was about like mine the first time...a little disappointing. BUT, I figured at least I did it, and am not afraid to do it again. Second flush was better for me, got more "little green things". There were some people that didn't get anything which to me proves it isn't just Olive oil. Either that or their body loves the oil and absorbed it, which I doubt very much.

This is a reply to # 603,885Thanks everyone: I do think I passed about 50 tiny little things floating on top of the water , one was a bright emerald green maybe the size of a 1/2 a pea. I guess I expected the toilet to be floating with big pea size stones (tons and tons) Does sludge float or sink? I'm happy I feel good a little tired.
All in all it was a good experience..
