Finally I am posting a flush report for you guys. Have been doing series of flushes since January in which I have flushed about 1100 stones total. About 50 of which were 1/2-3/4
inch. (Sorry no photos - don't know how to do all that.)
My last two flushes 7&8 produced just a handful of very small stones, but I knew I wasn't done yet because still had discomfort. Did last flush 8 three weeks ago and wasn't going to do another one for a couple weeks, but the other night I was having some lv/gb discomfort so I put an acupunture needle in the gallstone point right at the bottom of the right rib cage. Felt a lot of movement and for the next 3 days had really bad lv/gb pain that would not go away. I tried everything - apple cider vinegar, malic acid,
Epsom Salts , etc. - but nothing helped.
So I decided to do a flush yesterday because the pain was just not going away. Ate only fruit and 1/2 cup gluten-free hot cereal in the morning and then a big bowl of broccoli and zucchini steamed with a little Bragg's. Did the usual flush recipe, except about an hour after I laid down after drinking the oo/gf mixture I put an acupunture needle in that gallstone spot just along the bottom of my right rib cage where there was a sharp pain.
Felt some movement, but no discomfort. About 1/2 hour later I was poopin' out stones already! I was up most of the night in fact poopin' out masses of stones and chafe. As of today I have passed about 700-800 stones! Most are small - lentil sized or smaller, but there have also been quite a few pea and garbanzo bean sized ones as well (100-150 probably). All either bright green or light green and the chafe is kind of light tannish green.
I have been really wiped out today. Mostly because I didn't sleep much, but also pretty weak. My lv/gb area still feels a little tender and I still feel a little pain in one spot, but don't want to do another flush right away - I'll get it next time.
Anyway, if you don't have acupuncture needle you can rub this point and probably get some results from just doing that. It's at the lower edge of the right rib cage about in the middle. I can feel a definite sharper sensation in that spot (which has now subsided considerably). You can feel around that area and locate the spot and just either put pressure on it with your finger or thumg or rub it gently.
So, there you go. There's my report for now. Oh yeah, also wanted to let you know that I did a
Colon Cleanse with Colosan about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Did it for one week. Didn't 'see' a lot of interesting things coming out, but definately felt better.
Andreas Moritz doesn't recommend the P&B shakes because he says they can plaster together the colon and people have too many problems with them. And also that people mistake the stuff coming out as mucoid plaque, when in fact it is bound up p & b (this was me!) I was not doing well on them myself so I tried the Colosan and would recommend it for people who are not doing well with the p & b or are concerned about the long term ramifications (see And Mor post on the topic.)
OK - that really is all for now this time. Happy flushing everyone!
