I just want to share the news about my success on the holistic horizons bowel cleanse. Within a week i was passing ropes which really is quite amazing seen as though i am quite a skeptic. I wonder if it's available here in Canada. Anybody knows?

The Canadian distributor is a company called INNO-VITE. You can't buy from them directly, they only sell to stores. So find a store in your area that carry their products and they can order it for you.

Please tell me how you are eating? Or you doing the veggie thing or eating normally? I am not sure how to eat once I start.
