I have been a Reiki master for a year now. My hands often seem to be cold, unusually cold, when I am performing attunements. The attunements have been effective and I know that energy is flowing. I am surprised, however as "hot hands" are such the norm in Reiki. My students feel the cold from my hands aswell. My teacher said she read that in Japan they talk about cold energy as well as hot. I also had my hands turn very cold, ice cold, like this during a Reiki sharing. Usually during treatments, or when just thinking for Reiki I feel heat, at times very intense. Do any of you have any information about what this could mean?
