Hi there. I was wondering if anyone who practices Reiki can help me. I did my Reiki 1 and 2 training about 10 months ago. I did it at a very unsettling time and have since relocated to another country. Because of this move I did not do the 21 day self healing you are supposed to do after receiving the attunements. Now I want to get back into practising Reiki. Do I need to receive the attunements again or can I just start even if I received the attunements quite a while ago.
