I just finished my first 10 day Master-Cleanse yesterday and went for a colonics treatment today. Wow did I ever pass an incredible amount of guk. Between the ropes I passed during the cleanse and what I passed today during my colonics I must have lost at least 3-5 lbs. I feel great - as if something (I guess it has) has been lifted from me.

I must say that the fst was not an easy experience for me. My wife and two chlidren had to endure a "grouchy" old man at times. Thelast three days were quite tough but it was worth it.

I have a new perspective on howto take care of my body. After going through this I now know that I can say no to a lot of the crap that I've grown to love over the years.

The Master-Cleanse is a great cleanse but be sure you, and your family, are ready for its adverse effects (low energy and mood swings).
