Hi all, maybe someone might be able to shed some light on something:
- Recently (over the past month) I have noticed that my pupil in my right eye is larger than the pupil in my left eye, also my right eye is significantly more puffy than my left eye, and the lid and lower lid are reder. If I examine the evenness of my eyes in the mirror, my left eye looks incredibly healthy while my right eye looks significantly out of balance with the left in terms of pupil size, lid size, etc... it looks almost like its slightly popping out.
What's weird is when I look at old pictures of myself going back 2 or 3 years, my right eye is noticeably more prounced/swollen than my left, although i didn't notice the pupil differential until recently.
Also when I look only through my right eye, the contrast is brighter than the vision out of my left which has a much darker and richer color scheme to it. It's almost as if the vision in my right eye is fading but into lightness and not darkness.
Also when i close my right eye it feels like something is in my eye, but only when i close it. could this be a result of my swollen lids brushing against my cornea???
Is it possible that my eyeball is oddly shaped and is not sitting in my socket properly??
any advice is much apprecaited!
PS: I am going to the eye doctor about this soon, but the last time i went (a month ago) he said my eyes were fine. Maybe I need to go see a better eye doctor who is not just in the business of selling glasses!
tyler.
