well i havn't been to the eye doctor for a long time, so i don tknow my vision is
i would guess it is around 20/100
i dont wear glasses or contacts
it had gotten worst because i was playing computer games all day, staring at the screen
ijust turned 14 this decemeber =)
i heard of the bates method and i was wondering can the bates method improve my eyesight to 20/20?
how long of doing bates method will i get to 20/20?
how many times a day should i do it?

This is a reply to # 598,225I had a positive experience with eye exercises. I used to wear glasses all the time. Now I only use them at night or when driving.
