u might have "pink eye"... this can be caused by contact lenses or bacteria or cold virus.... you did well not to put on contacts -- don't until your eyes are back to normal... do you have any other symptoms like a sore throat? coughing? cold symptoms? if so you might have viral conjunctivitis (another name for pink eye) which should go away with the cold... if it's bacterial conjunctivitis then the doctor can give you some ointment...

in the "big" health picture, eye problems are closely linked to your liver health... in the long term it might be good for you to do a series of liver flushings...

also, Amalgam fillings are pretty lethal to one's liver... so if you have any, you might consider getting them replaced (but it's a huge undertaking, so read up on it as much as you can before you decide..)
