Vision for Life program is the best thing i have come across so far - not because it has loads of info (it is actually quite basic) but because it offers a clear and simple exercise regime which worked for me. I have read other sources on vision improvement and have found myself overwhelmed by the amount of info, and especially all the stuff about the phychological side of eyesight (not that it is not relevant, but it can sidetrack you a bit). I found that I didn't really know where to start. Vision for Life program already has a suggested routine (which you can vary) and that is it's strengh. There is nothing new here really but the money I paid for it was more than worth it when I cosider that I have spent less on other sources but which were less helpful.
Eyesight is a funny thing, and what approach works for one person may not work so well for another. If it is an uncomplicated routine you are looking for which lets you get on with it, then go for it. I have seen a very significant improvement in my very poor eyesight since doing this program. I havn't always been consistant, and so I've been doing it for at least six months, but I still think it is very good.
