I know that I am short sighted. When there is bright sun light and I am looking at contrast objects I consider my shortsightedness to less than 0.5 diopters. Have you heard of the goji berry in China? its been known to cure ailments of the eyes. The founder of Himalayan Goji Juice - Earl mindell revealed in a seminar that took place a few months ago that he used to wear glasses at night when driving. He doesn't anymore due to taking the goji berry juice.
If you do your research on the internet about the goji berry, i'm sure you'll get the information you need. If you know anyone from China, they will tell you that they make goji soup to help heal the eye.
I have been drinking Goji for almost two months now for nutrition and other things. I have short sighted ness myself. I'm waiting as time goes by to see what benefits goji can bring me. Right now Goji helps me to get 6-9 hours of sleep each night rather than 12-14 hours.

MoreThis is a reply to # 597,934I am usually sceptical to combo products, herbs and fruits. After researching I found that that goji is rich in beta carotene, vit C and has germanium. Beta carotene is famous for night blindness, but I am not getting significant results with supplements. Thanks for the response. These tibetan goji berries are a very rich source of vitamin C, having 500 times more vitamin C per ounce than oranges. They are also a superb source of vitamin A, more beta carotene than carrots. They have vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E and are becoming a famous antioxidant. They also are a rich source of both selenium and germanium. The goji berries have 18 amino acids (higher than bee pollen) and 21 trace minerals, linoleic acid and other beneficial food co-factors. Tibetan Goji Berries are a true "super" raw food of the highest type. It takes approximately 3 kilos (6.6 lbs) of fresh berries to make 1/2 kilo (18 oz) of dryed. That's a lot of berries.
