Is it OK to take water during the liver cleanse (I mean after 2pm)on the day of cleanse. Hulda Clark 's book says: "Do not drink anything...". Does it include water?- i wouldn't! ocean

so i think she means EMPTY stomach after 2pm.

This is a reply to # 597,292I think you should definately abstain the first time you do it. Then from there - see if you can handle it or not. I was so worked up the first time! But after that - its easy. I was able to sip water throughout the day.

This is a reply to # 597,287I concluded that 'anything' included water. Besides after drinking the ES solution, I didn't want to eat or drink anything. It made me feel very bloated. But that is a good question, as I was kinda wondering also.

This is a reply to # 597,287I personally follow the directions to the tee, but the next morning, I don't wait for two hours after the last Epsom Salts . I start drinking water and juice the next morning after my morning Epsom Salts . I find I recoup faster that way.

Thanks for sharing. I've done two flushes and had bad headaches both times afterwords and I wondered if it was dehydreation. I'll try some sipping next time.
