Greetings :)
Started the no grain diet about a week ago and have been pretty successful (booster plan at this point). I am learning the EFT method this week. I'm a full time student and working so I am a bit frazzled but trying :) I am a bit miserable still without my carbs and feeling generally lousy emotionally. I do however am not experiencing the grain comas that usually happen after I eat grains. I did a ketosis test yesterday to make sure I wasn't in ketosis and unfortunately it said I was... so I am guessing I need to eat more veggies? I am a bit tired also.
Any helpful advice would be great, and I would love to hook up with a mentor if anyone is interested.
