Dr.Atkins diet and Dr.Schulz F1

Wonder if anyone can help?
Last Monday I started the Atkins diet. Have lost 4 pounds..GREAT. Wednesday I received Dr. Schulz F1 & F2. Question is, can I take Dr. Schulz F1 whilst on Dr. Atkins diet?

This is a reply to # 596,628Sure I did ! I wasnt on the starting phase so I eat a lot of salads and veggies!
