Starting back on the big "A" today. I did it two years ago and it was the best that I EVER felt. Cholesterol lowered from 200 to 170 pretty cool. Depression disappeared, post nasal drip was history since it eliminated all the foods that I am allergic to. My husband is starting today too. The hardest part is preparing my food and his.
Can't wait to feel that way again!! Wish me lots o' luck!!

MoreThis is a reply to # 596,354Best wishes on the diet!!! With all the negative press, you are doing well to make a stab at it again! Since much of the conversation about Adkins revolves around the lack of balanced nutrition, is that an area that dieters should consider. If it were me, I'd look for the best broad spectrum multi-mineral product on the market. Good Luck and Good Health!

MoreThis is a reply to # 596,372Yeah good point. Luckily I'm a supplement fiend. Currently using Primal Defense, Perfect food, and some other vitamins. It's only been a few days but my thinking is already clearer and I'm more energetic. Thanks for the encourgement.
