Hello:

I was advised to take Ferrum Metallicum 3X three times a day and Natrum Muriaticum 1M once a week for my frequent iron deficient anemia.

I also suffer from extreme fatigue - inertia - Depression and complete and total lack of motivation and joy of life.

My question is this - since I would only use Boiron homeopathic remedies, I called to order and the lowest Ferrum Metallicum they have starts at 9X, not 3X - so I ordered it.

Question: What is the difference in therapeutic results betwen the 3X and the 9X - basically will I get the same results?
