Step away from the chips, throw away the salsa and poop on the cheese. You do NOT want that crap in your body. You know that you don't. HUNGRY is a state of mind HH! It's not because you're desiring those foods, you're relying on old habits to get you through the desire to eat.
Think of all the GOOD things you're doing for yourself by not putting all that chemical additive, dairy, processed crap into your system. You KNOW what that food tastes like, you don't need it.
Think of your long term goals and the reasons you started the fast. Isn't that worth passing up some junk food that you've eaten a zillion times before?
Put yourself first. Reaching your long term goals is going to feel better that that food will taste. I can guarantee you that. And if you stop now, how disappointed in yourself will you be? You have been such an inspiration to everyone on these boards. Look at your post from this morning and remember the pride in yourself you had at losing that weight. Remember the encouraging words you had for others. Apply that to yourself!
Do NOT eat that junky nassy food. Don't do it HealingHearts! DON'T DO IT! Use your strength of character to not eat the food. You have that much control over your life. You can control what you put in your mouth, girlfriend. You CAN decide not to eat it, even though you already bought it. you CAN be strong and pass it up. YOU CAN DO IT! We ALL can do it!
Go in the kitchen and throw that junk away. Put water on those chips, and dump the salsa and that nassy processed cheese down the drain. You'll feel proud of yourself and SO much better about yourself!
