i have a question for anyone who knows...

i am seeing this guy for healing and homeopathic psyc therapy and he gave me an herbal concoction that he said would help me open up and achieve catharsis and all these things. he was very insistent that i take 5 drops on my tongue at least 5 times a day.

when i looked up the essences at the web address he gave me, i read how all the things he gave me are fitting and appropriate. but on other herbal database web sites, some of the things are listed specifically as dangerous to take internally!

i have included the list of essences and explanations from the web site he gave me and a link. it's in spanish originally so the translation may seem a little strange... does anyone have experience in this and can advise me?
