There is a common misconception about CODEX, that it only relates to the freedom to buy and use supplements.
Unfortunately, CODEX doesn’t stop there. CODEX also:
- Mandates that all food must be irradiated unless eaten locally and raw.
- Raises permissible levels for pesticides.

Due to The Patriot Act, we've already lost MANY of our Consitutional Rights as citizens of the United States...if this thing makes it through, we will NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PURCHASE SUPPLEMENTS OR THE TYPES OF FOOD WE WANT.

After surfing around on this topic I found a Yahoo! article publishing this just this past October 28th ~ that really was the clicker for me the fact it was in the news.

This is a reply to # 588,850All its doing really is stimulating people to go back to having their own gardens like in most poor countries but there are so many hybrid plants out there these days that you have to make sure to get heirlooms as they are the best quality.

Already in countries where Codex has been adopted, in bus stations, airports, railway stations - there luggage is searched and anything 'herbal' (OR things like ACV and Bentonite clay) are confiscated as contraband. It's just a short-step to them being arrested for possessing and selling contraband.
And Codex is NOT just herbs and supplements. It dictates what food is legal to be sold and possessed.
Coming soon to a country near you (NOPE - coming soon to YOUR country).
I agree, ultimately (in a nutshell) this accomplishes the agenda of the NWO (population control via depopulation, and/or leaving what population that is left in such a weakened state they will be easily controlled).
I wonder how many people on CZ that have read this have done ANYTHING to stop it?

This is a reply to # 957,783Yes, those with weakened immune systems like me will die first. This is all in the Bible, in Revelations. This terrifies me more than anything I can think of. Without my supplements, I will not be able to work at all. Period. I'm very scared! What exactly CAN we do? I mean, the last time, a few months ago, there were over 10,000 signatures AGAINST Codex, and they were ignored. Like our votes mean nothing...kind of like in politics. Does anyone at CZ live in a country that is regulated by Codex? If so, can we get a few first hand experiences on how bad it is, and what to expect? What countries are already regulated? What will happen to places like Whole Foods, where I buy all my vitamins and organic foods? Will those stores be shut down? This is so scary!
