Did my first one last week.
But i am not sure how many you have to take to notice a difference.

I am using 3% H202.
Most sites say to use 3 pints to a bath.

I asked a question about 3% & 35% farther down, but didn't get an answer.
I wanted to know which method provided more of a healing reaction.
My son said just use 3% and i asked an aunt of mine who you uses the HP and she says just use 3% also.

So i will continue with both baths.
