You can use about 2 tblsps.of powdered ginger or make a pot of ginger tea and add 1-2 cups after it has steeped 5-10 mins. to a tub to start off with. Sit in tub about 40 mins. then get out of bath and wrap a blanket around yourself without drying off and get into bed, then throw your blankets over yourself and try to stay in about an hour. You will keep sweating.
You can also do this before bedtime and just sleep through the nite.
Another thing you could do is add baking soda (1-2 cups) and about 2 cups of
Epsom Salts along with the ginger.
That is a really good detox bath.
Now if you are really brave you can add a tblsp. of cayenne pepper, unless of course your skin is really sensitive.
